YM Luxe App Privacy Policy

Electronics Florida, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") provides the YM Luxe mobile application (the "App") for controlling compatible YM Luxe scent diffusers and viewing products available from YM Luxe.

Information handled by the App

The App may access nearby Bluetooth devices so that you can discover, connect to, and control a compatible diffuser. Depending on your Android version, Android may require a location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices. The App does not use this permission to determine, store, or transmit your physical location.

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

Bluetooth device identifiers and user-assigned diffuser names;
diffuser settings, including intensity, operating times, and selected weekdays; and
a PIN advertised by a compatible diffuser, when the diffuser provides one.

This locally stored diffuser information is used only to reconnect to and control your equipment. It is not sent to Electronics Florida, Inc. or used for advertising or tracking. App backups are disabled. You can remove this information by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.

YM Luxe store catalog

The Store section downloads public product names, images, and links from ymluxe.com, which is hosted by Shopify. When the App requests this catalog or opens a product page, standard network information such as your IP address, device/browser information, and request details may be processed by our website and Shopify to provide and secure the service. Purchases take place on the YM Luxe website, outside the App, and are governed by the website's privacy policy and terms.

Information we do not collect through the App

The App does not provide user accounts and does not include advertising, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, payment processing, camera access, microphone access, or contact access. The App does not sell personal information.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share diffuser configuration data. Shopify may process standard network information as a service provider when delivering the public YM Luxe catalog and website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the service.

Security and retention

Network requests made by the App use encrypted HTTPS connections. Diffuser settings remain on the device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Website request records may be retained by us or Shopify according to operational, security, and legal requirements.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for adults who own or operate compatible scent diffusers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are published.
